Bobby I have a nice 75 l-82 you may be interested in. low miles documented by title records. super nice car. looking to sell as I am wanting to buy a yellow C-6. I would love to keep it but I don't have room for two toys in the garage.

Send me some pics of the engine, interior/exterior and your asking price, we'll go from there.

Do some real shopping around and compare. It sounds like you got some money so just wait for the right deal and don't rush into something. Figure out what you really want. Yes they do always need something. Run away if the owner says they are selling due to medical reasons. If you can buy a C3 from someone here (VetteRegistry.net) you would be able to trust them.

I agree. If you've done your homework and know exactly what you're looking at, the "good feeling" will be there if she's the one. Likewise, the opposite is true. If you're not getting that tingly feeling, walk away and keep looking.

Well, after 31 years of waiting, hundreds of searches, my wait has ended. I am the proud owner of a 1974, L82-350 Corvette, red with black interior, 45K miles, fully restored. All the financial and documentation pieces fell into place, I am having the vette shipped up from Arkansas at the end of the week by a small privately owned auto and cycle transporting company.

Congratulations, Bobby.
It's a really great feeling to know you finally have your dream. That first drive will be great. Sounds like a real nice car.

Bobby;
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!
If you haven't already and you still can, make sure the car is on the top layer, not the bottom if it is a double stack trailer. You don't want oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, antifreeze, battery juice or god knows what else dripping down on her.
