Hi, while on parts sites, I continue to see subject of whether a 1977 corvette is a STANDARD or SPORTS COUPE. Could someone please take the time to explain what the difference is. Thanks in advance

Don't know what sites you're looking at, but ALL '68-'82 Corvettes(coupes) were considered "Sport Coupes" by Chevrolet. Some sites may be using a generic program that asks a question like that.....
Depending on what particular parts you are interested in, it may be a difference between the "Standard" interior, or the "Deluxe" interior...?

Thanks, that helps. I will have to check sites again, usually corvette america, corvette central, mid america, eckler's. The one that asked shows a list of covettes the particular part will fit and lists sport coupe, standard, convertible, etc and then the years they will work on.
Thanks again...
