I want to let the group know of a fraud that’s being perpetrated on the C3 community. There is a gentleman, and I use the term loosely, who is advertising early C3’s for sale on eBay and Deals on Wheels. He supplies the potential buyer with information verifying the “matching numbers” of the vehicles for sale but ships a car that is not the vehicle advertised in the above noted forums. He advertised a 69 read L71 convertible with an M-21 while actually shipping a L46 with an automatic transmission. He current list three similar vehicles for sale on Deals on Wheels, a 1970 red roadster, a 1968 coup with a 427 and a 1969 L71 convertible. All ads list the cars from Kelowna BC and use the following email address; valleyvetts@shaw,com corvettcentral@shaw.com, and mrmuscle@shaw.com. Beware; this seller was recently banned from eBay and is out to scan potential buyers of C3 vetts.

Well, I guess I have been working WAY too Much !    Between FedEx and my Artwork I am a busy man. The artwork pays for the Vette Stuff and the FedEx pays the other bills so I can't complain. I just took a break yesterday and today and decided it was high time to check in again. I am getting ready to do some work on my 76 and Just wanted to see all the talk here. I love coming on-line when I can and at least reading some of the posts. Take care. I am going out to the garage to work on putting together a XM Radio System in a box so I can use it in different vehicles. Take care

Thanks for the tip   I would hope no one would purchase a Vette on eBay without flying out to see it.  I actually considered a few Pace Cars on eBay before I found mine locally.
