Has anyone ever built a custom cargo trailer from a C3 rear clip? I pickup up a nice C3 convertible rear clip this weekend and would like to build me a matching cargo trailer for my 71 convertible. I hate to see any part of an old corvette not put to good use. Thanks!

There's an outfit that does that. They're called Tailgunner Trailers. Their website is, I think, "www.tailgunnertrailers.com". Might give you some ideas. Their trailers match the rear third of your vette and they do 'em for most (maybe all) vette generations.
