I've got an idea.....we all chip in for parts. The more experienced wrenches will rebuild it (location of rebuild TBA).....each C3VR region can have it for a month at a time for member use.
JR
P.S. real shame to see it present condition

Bummer
Could be rebuilt, just find someone with a rotten frame that wants to sell the whole car and you're good to go.

If at least it was the Corvette tow truck that was in that state, I
wouldn't mind that much. Very sad pics. I guess when we
look at them, we all see our own Vette in that state and we all feel
for the owner.

Some guys will look at that and see an opportunity to salvage it real cheap, replace some parts and sell it at a profit.

I'LL BUY THE RIMS! I had just complemented Daytona69's rims today. Beats paying 169 a pc. It is sad to see such a nice car like that. Hope he had insurance.

Heck ...what can I add to the comments of others...I just hope the owner had insurance coverage... especially since it had no rear plate
on it so it may not have even been on the road...
BUT my major concern is that I am in the market for a 2000 to 2002
Corvette FRC or Z06 and I am afraid that more thne a few of them
will be on the market in a month or two sitting on a lot...all dried out
and looking good...but the seller not disclosing it was under water
for a "few" days....
