Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed
Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.
2008 Jetstream Blue Convertible
Tonight featured a little kid that started to cry any time Mom tried to pull him out of grandpa's C3 Corvette!
I was very disappointed that the host kept calling it a convertible. Anyone with two eyes could clearly see that it was a 68-73 T-Top. Geez! What do they pay these people for?!
The clip ended up winning the $10,000 prize for the night.
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

I wonder if you can find that clip some where? I might try to search for it and see. As far as the host, well these guy are not so bright like this local news guy a couple months back was at a car show and didn't know what kind of car he was checking out when it was a 70's Plymouth Cuda what a moran.

I saw that, it was really funny, the kid would not let go of the steering wheel and screamed when mom tried to take him out. As soon as they put him back in the Vette he was happy as a pig in s#$t.

Heck! I know just how that kid feels.
That's about what I musta looked like when I put mine away for the winter.
P.S. I caught the T-Bar on that C3 "convertible" too.

I just saw that clip a couple minutes ago. Here AFV is on Sun. at 7pm. Clearly a T-Top Vette with red interior for us with a trained eye to spot any Vette. That kid will most likely be a future Vette owner.
I am watching to see it again at the end to win. I couldn't find it on the AFV site.

LukesVette, That might be more fun to watch, but those of you that want to see the original I think it will be posted on the AFV site probably this week cause it is a new winner.

I saw it last night.
That boy was happy as a pig in doo doo, hanging on to the steering wheel and bouncing on the seat.
Grandpa will have to keep on eye on that boy.
