While rooting around in my gift certificates from last christmas I located one from eastwoods . Soooo off I went to buy some new goodies for my garage . I found an air operated lube gun on sale for a very good price that I purchased . Contained inside the package were the normaly included instructions ,,,, and a section labeled important . Needless top say you must read on as you will be greatly enlightened !
1 If the way of cartridge loading is to be used , it could be cause rubber plunger transfigure and by contract by squeezed long time which inside of grease cartridge, and by soak of grease a certain period.
2 At this moment, if change the loading way to dispenser loading or bluk loading, and then, there is a normal phenomenom that have a little amount of grease is possible is leak out of bottom of container tube.
3 In order to avoid the above phenomenom happened, please decide long use period and a proper loading way initially depends on the variety of grease applied and use if incessantly .
DO NO USE MULTILOADING alternately !!!!
4 And now, puzzle of grease leakage has been settled.

Hmmmmmm am I missing something here

As a technical writer, I can definitely say that something was lost in the translation. You should e-mail the manufacturer and request an explanation. Not that the explanation is likely to make much sense either. |laugh| |withstupid|

I just found it to be very entertaining ,,, BTW the gun works just great . Twin I would bet the gun came from mainland china ,I think the taiwanese folks got their english tech writers just a bit more in tune with the american market . At any rate it was the most entertaining set of instructions I have read in a while !

I just love reading some of the translated instructions....

BTW...I have one of the original owner manuals for the Honda 50 from YEARS ago. I don't have the manual at work, but I can remember part of the instructions for putting the bike into gear....promote engine revolutions while pressing tippy toe lever into gear....LOL.
