A Replacement for my TOTALLED '77 L-48 !!!!!!!!!!

After searching the internet and locally within a 100 mile radius,for a new C3 to replace my wrecked bright yellow #56 L-48 with less than 78,000 miles-I found a '79 L-82 right here in town.It was unadvertised,and was brought to my attention by the girl pharmacist where I go to get the medication I'm taking for my head-on collision.Her father is parting with one of his 4 Vettes,he also has a 57 & 55 Chevy,big block '70 El Camino,among others.The 79 is red/black w/ 90,000 miles,in pristine condition w/ all options for $9000.Thats my Xmas present! Merry Christmas!

Well,unfortunately,the pharmacist girl is married,but shes cute,& looks like her geneology is pacific islander(names Leilani).And I think she deserves a rose & a Christmas card,eh? |cheers|

Hey,Ron,I checked out a couple silver vettes too.1 was in bad shape,the other was out of my price range-it was,if I remember right,a '73 big block 454 for $25,000. You get yours for a reasonable price?

I paid $7000 for my 77 L-48 with less than 78,000. |biggrin|
