Mike, Just wanted to say thanks. I drilled out the broken piece... put in a small screw, then just pulled it out.

Your's could be either the stalk(handle) about to break, as above, or it could be the plastic in the turn sig. switch has deformed, or is damaged.

Sounds like maybe the "key" on the lever has been digging into the plastic. I'm wondering if Dwertz's new lever will be tight after replacing it or if the switch will need replacing, too.  Mike
