Everyone at this forum has been so helpful that I thought I would post an update as to where we are with or on body restoration of "Demon" the 77 Vette.
We finally completed the entire back end rebuild. New gas tank and components, rear wheel bearing and trailing arms. Put in new seals/gaskets and yolks on the diff along with a drain plug for easy future maintance. Had the half shafts and drive shaft balanced with new u-joints. Everything was cleaned up and repainted. We put down stainless steel fuel lines and replaced the wiring in the back end. Put on new stainless steel brake lines and calipers which I painted red. Rotors are new too! All the frame parts that I could get to were cleaned up and painted. It's so nice to look underneath the rear end and see everything looking brand new. We also did a lot of other little things like replace the exhaust hangers for the new stainless steel system and any other rubber cushions that we could get to.
Now we are starting on the front end suspension and engine. We also plan to give the "Demon" a little more horsepower so that he can live up to his name.
Then onto the interior and cooling system.

Hoping to have him back out on the road by July.

Sounds great. You are on a fast track to have all that done by July. Keep up the good work and post some pics when you can.
