I found a '74 LS-4 and the guy wants 8500.00 or B/O. It runs good, all is functional, interior needs restored, fadding paint. Is it a good Buy???

i bought my 74 ls4 for 7500 last spring, original paint, 51,000 miles, had to replace gas tank, carb, carpet, exhaust and some other small things. I thought it was a good deal. i've seen nice ones go in the teens. Hope this helps. The one you're looking at sounds exactly like mine, i sure hope my brother's not selling to sell mine!!!

How many miles. Over 65K bring down 1k to $7500.
The seller might of replaced the head covers: #336781.
Over all on your saying sounds like a deal. If you do buy that vette make sure you only use 93 octane gasoline.
Anything else will ruin your engine!
