MIne were butt ugly and I resprayed them to look sorta like the original L-82 valve covers.

Where did you order yours? They look great.

Congratulations! Looks great! I can't wait to hear it.
By the way, if you need a co-pilot on any of your tests, I'm only a short distance away. You can test the sound level out on my next door neighbor.

Hey DaveM,
I'm glad you got it all done! AND with a little time to spare before you depart on the long run to H.S.
See you soon.

Actually Kevin, this is more like a walk (drive) in the park for the 2 east coast Daves ( Dave M. & Dave W.) These guys drove their C3's the entire way across the U.S. to the last gathering, and for all you other guys who traveled similar distances forgive for not remembering everyone right off, but I really respect you guys for that, and I'm sooooo envious. I'd like to do the same, at least once more in this lifetime.

Ace,

They say that Corvettes were made to be driven, right?
I guess those guys REALLY take that to heart. God bless 'em!

I got them from GM Performance, they have several different ones, chrome, polished alum. the black, also they have ones with the Richard Childres Racing on them. You can get matching air cleaner also.
