Which Mono Rear Spring Rate to use

Which Mono Rear Spring Rate for us 80 Vette owners are you using. I,m not looking for a real harsh ride. Just looking for a general consenses on what people are using and there opinions.

Vette(s): 81 Dark metallic blue/camel leather,polished alloys,glass tops,has every option for 81
I'm useing a 330# rear composite mono spring,550#GT springs in front and Bilstein shocks all around. I like the ride and handling I am getting. |cheers| |wavey|

i used 550 front and 360 rear on my green machine (69 sb coupe)...

it rode a little rough..

it wasnt bad on smooth roads.. but those are in rare supply around here..

330 pound on mine, feels just right. Some people have said they got too high of a bumper height with certain mono springs, I'm not sure what that's all about, something about the way are arced. Maybe someone else has more info. You will want shocks matched to the spring to get the correct ride. I used Delco Reactec's, couldn't afford Bilsteins.
