I have a RHS motor with roller rockers. I would like to put the original valve covers on my car but am concerned that they will fit over the rockers without any problem. It appears that I have the taller valve covers now. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Vette(s): 1975 Coupe NOM 350: Edelbrock 64cc heads, QJet clone, Performer manifold & cam, gear drive and water pump; MSD ProBillet dist and 6A box, Comp rollers, Hedman headers into true duals, Magnaflow cans,TH400 w/shift kit, TT2's, 3.70RA, hi-rise hood
Don't know if this helps, but Edelbrock "standard" height did not provide adequate clearance for Comp aluminum rollers on my 350 with Edelbrock Performer heads They would bolt down OK, but the rockers left telltale scuffmarks. Tall valve covers solved the problem, of course ... then alternator clearance (and belt length) became the challenge.

You might be able to squeak by with thick gaskets (FelPro 1604) under the stock covers (?)
