My vacuum system is a mess my headlights don't raise nothing really works on it... The previous owner has removed all the emisions components and decided to stick a bolt in damn near everyline coming from my carb so now I am looking for some help on how to figure this out and get it running right.  How do I find some type of diagram that will show me where the lines go without any emisions stuff...  I mean this car doesn't even havea PCV valve anymore

Ya need to buy an AIM (Assembly Instruction Manual) from one of the Vette specialist shops.  I got mine from Ecklers and it's worth its weight in gold.  It'll tell you where every little part goes and what is supposed to be there.  It's the same manual the assembly line use when building the car.  Just let them know what year your car is and they'll send you one ...... for some bucks of course. Chips is right...an AIM is a must if the car has alot of stuff missing. The AIM has good illustrations unlike Chiltons or the other generic manuals. It will be money well spent. Good luck with the project.

Dante,

Doc Rebuild has an excellent colored vacuum hose diagram for $12.50.  You'll probably need a complete hose kit also.

It is much easier to read than the assembly manual.
