Recently installed a new 383 with a QuickFuel 750 and an Edlebrock RPM Air Gap manifold. The carb block the possibility to use the manifold vacumn outlet.

Would it be OK to put a 'T' in the Power Brake line to the carb to get vacumn for the headlights?

You can, but it's best to have it on a separate fitting. Is there no way to even use a 90deg fitting in the manifold? Is there only the one vacuum outlet in the man.?
You can certainly "tee" into the booster line if that's all ya got.
