Trans Fluid Leak

I noticed a transmission fluid leak coming from the front passenger side (towards the radiator). Though I haven't looked hard enough where specifically it is coming from, could someone tell me how bad a sign this is?

There are some small rubber hoses in that area on the trans cooling lines. They are pretty easy to replace.
