Has anyone had to replace the boot that goes in the body around the automatic shifter. It is located on the hump and I havent seen any venders that carry this. I check at Carlisle last month but no luck. What would the proper name be for it? Any help would be appreciated. This would be for a 1972. 400 trans.
Thanks

Do you mean the grommet that the shifter cable goes through when it passes through the tunnel?

Since I can't see mine .....you may be referring to the Automatic Shifter Bracket which may have the rubber attached to it on the bottom side.
