I'm just about to install new poly bushings on the trailing arms. The kit I got has also 8pcs of shims, which have to be installed between the poly bushing and the outer washer until there is a light press fit.

I have not flared now the outer washer onto the inner sleeve, because I realized, that even with all the provided shims used 2 and 2 on each side), I still have a gap between the bushing and the outer washer.

I don't recognize any bending of the arm and if I mesure the witdth, it's still the same as before with the rubber bushings.

Should I be concerned or just trying the get addition shims to fill up?

Regards from Hungary
Peter
