yep.. and not having to hide the costs from anyone is pretty cool too.
christine is alot more fun to hang around with too... even though she is a broken down old wreck she never nags, she is high maintenance ... but arent they all??

painting starts some day this week.. (probably thursday or friday) buildup to commence immediately thereafter.
