Who can tell me what the marks are on the tab that is mounted to the timing chain cover?

I have several manuals and none show or describe one I have, it has two small teethe, one large one and three more small teeth on the tab, the numbers seem to be gone.

Standing over the driver side fenderwell and looking at the tab"

Thinking of the notches as the letter "V". The  base of the large "V" is 0* BTDC, the next smaller "V" above that one is 6* BTDC, the next smaller "V" is 10* BTDC. If you can detect the horizontal lines on the tab, each line is 2 degrees.

Thanks, I will drop a note when the timing is set.

To add a bit more description,  the first peak on each side of the large V is a 4 degree mark.  The smaller jump from valley to peak is one line, or as stated 2 more degrees.
