I just ordered all four Tie Rod ends 2 LH threads and 2 RH threads for the shark. Big%20smile How do you tell if they are worn out? The studs on the passenger side are pretty stiff and looked newer, but on the drivers side both studs are real lose and sloppy, very easy to move around with your hand. I'm assuming that the sloppy ones are worn out? Just wondering.

that's the way they are tested. should be nice and tight. if sloppy wheels won't be aligned right and tires will wear uneven.

Floppy = Baaaad!

Tight = Goood!

If you can flop them around with your fingers, just imagine what the weight of the car, and the steering inputs can do!
Floppy means the sockets that the ball studs fit into are worn. This holds true for ball joints, as well.

Thanks! Joel your really speaking my language. I guess I could've figure that one out myself dohI think tomorrow will be a clean up day. I've been working on the car everyday jumping around to different areas as the parts trickle in and my brains really starting to hurt.
