As I put my 75 back on the road this spring I noticed that the tachometer is regeristing all over the place. As I Decelerate the tach will bounce to 4 or 4.5K rpms. After I am driving for awhile it seems to smooth out but then will start to bounce around again. Any suggestions as to the problem and potential fixes?

Thanks
Kevin

Most likely the "tach filter"...it is in-line, part of the wiring from the dist. to the dash. I'll have to look and see exactly where it is, but they are normally pretty close to the dist, and I think, on a white wire...
Maybe someone else will pipe in before I can get back...
