Vette(s): White 1975 L48 Stingray 129,000 Miles, daily driver.
Dunno if this is exactly the right place for this, but I'll give it a shot. I saw a Steam Cleaner from Sears advertised on TV. Part of the ad mentioned steam cleaning car engines with it. Would this type of thing be bad for the engine, or is it actually a possibly good investment? (my engine bay is a mess)

Scot, I don't know about the steam cleaner thing, but you can get pretty good results with a hose and Simple Green. It really isn't that hard to do and makes it look like new.

Sounds cheaper too! I'll have to try that next time I see my car. Christmas break is what its looking like at this point |eek|
