I've heard installing a spreader bar (from www.vbandp.com)in a C3 is a good idea and will improve/strengthen the front end geometry.

Hey Sarge81. It is part (ID # 42222 or 42223) depending on whether or not you have an electric fan.
They are for 68-82 Vettes.
I ordered one along with front and rear sway bars so I'll let everyone know the results. I know many other car makes that these bars make a noticable difference in and they should prevent cracking/flexing at the towers.
