Is it normal for smoke to come out the oil breather caps. I have a high performance 1969 468 blower motor, which at idle is smokin g out the breathers. The motor runs fine I did not know if this could be an internal i9ssue.??

The smoke is from the blow by past the piston rings. Some blow by is normal. The PCV system is designed to keep the engine from smoking.
Either the PCV is not working properly or there is too much blow by. With a blower in the engine, I'm guessing the PCV is not connected, or not operating properly.
In either event it won't hurt your car if you change the oil often enough. It will get contaminated easier without the PCV. The PCV does suck fumes out of the engine, and removes moisture and acids from the oil.
