Sooooooo. Does anyone know the size of the roll pin used for engine to flywheel.  between having engine rebuilt and flywheel machined, it never come back home, really should put it in, you know in case have to change anything on the road.Smile

When i had mine done, it stayed in the crank. If the crank was replaced it should have been removed and put in new crank. I'm not so sure they are "ROLL PINS" anyway. They are a solid pin. Roll pins are not substantial enough to take POSSIBLE stress in the event the bolts do not keep it from turning. Do not forget a new pilot bearing. Hate to have you go to all that work and loose it because of a inexpensive part.

yes I realized after that I didn't state that right. should have called it a dowl pin for aligning flywheel, yes it should have been in crank, I had the crank turned so not sure what happened but I believe I located one in town
