Rear strut rods

I have found a problem with the rear strut rods on my 77.  It appears that the previous owner tried to make shift the bracket that the strut rods attach to and where the bracket bolts into the differential.  Also, the body mounting bolts to the frame in the rear have rusted.  I understand that the body will need to be lifted off the frame to install new bolts and bushings.  Will I need to access these bolts from the rear interior of the car?  Thanks to all for you suggestions and insight to this problem.....Fowler12!
