I don't know about this one,I think it might be detrimental to beat the snot out of the spindle while it's still on the trailing arm,it can cause cracking of the bearing retainer and bending of the trailing arm.When I did mine I took the bearing retainer off of the trailing arm and sent them to to machine shop to be pressed.just my $.02
