I'm thinking about taking it to the "Vette hole"The guy there is all about Vettes.I don't know how much he can get the calpiers.Can anybody tell me where you are getting these SS lines? and about how much does this cost?Thanks

AutoZone has stainless sleeved calipers in stock cheaper than anywhere. They work fine. I have 4 on my car.

I'm with Ken here. Got all mine from autozone , one leaked when I got it and they took care of the problem ASAP. 2 years later no problems.

Vette(s): 1978 (25th Annv. Edition)Red, Black interior, 4-Speed Transmission, L-82, Power & Air, Very Rare Option Package(Only 145 Red 1978s with a 4 speed trans) & Very Original Car, with original Window Sticker, Bill of Sale and all documentaion.
I ordered mine from MidAmerica. They offer brand new castings of the original brakes. If you don't want rebuilt brakes that is the way to go. I have had no problems since replacing them!
One of the reasons I ordered new casting is so I did not have return the original calipers or incure a core charge. I have everything that I have ever replaced on my Vette stored in my shop for the next owner. That will probably be one of my sons.
