Every strap that is supposed to be on the car is in the kit. The frame to body are braided like they are supposed to be. And even a ground strap for the antenna. It's a good kit, all the eyelets and clips are the right size and it's relatively cheap. (under 20 bucks if I recall)

i was wondering of it had the main battery to frame .. and the frame to starter cables..

No, those are sold separately. The short frame to starter isn't that bad, but the long one is a bit pricey compared to the sum of the parts, I made mine. I crimped and soldered the ends and used copper. Taped it with rubber tape and it looks fine. It doesn't look NCRS, but looks fine.
