Vette(s): 1982CE,32,000 and counting. (fast!!) 1981 Vette, black on black. ZZ4 (quick!!)

My guage hasn't worked for awhile. I put in a new sending unit and now it works. My guage is right at 40 and when I stop it drops to about 38 is this ok?

Sounds normal to me.

Rule of thumb is 10psi for every 1000rpms is sufficient.
