... Honestly, I'd be happy to post photos--but for some reason, I cannot seem to master how to get that done here. I've followed the instructions, and I'm reasonably competent with other computer-related functions--but this should-be-simple step continues to elude me. ...
Let me know how I can assist with getting some pics of your ride displayed.

Hey, I know this is an old thread but i got a question... well it basicly for Jim ( norsky). How did the ZR1 wheel set up handle? Hows the ride? I'll need 4 inch spacers for 79 also?I got a set of the 17s off my 98 SS and want to paint the blk like the GS wheel and put them on my 79.

Vette Brakes and Products makes Wheels Spacers and there probably arn't to many Corvette Wheels that they havn't Bolted on to a C3. So I would recomend them for both Spacers and advice on what Fits What. A 3" Rear Spacer will allow a 9.5" C4 Wheel to bolt on a C3 with out any Trailing Arm and or Parking Brake Mods. A ZR-1 11" Wheel needs Offset Trailing Arms and Custom Spacers made for each Car and a Shoe Horn to fit. Richard.......

The wheels get a lot of complements because of the look. Granted I only went up one inch (from 15 to 16) so you need a really good eye to see the difference from a distance. 17s might have been a better choice from a tire selection standpoint but then the lower profile tires start to become a trade off of ride versus handling. Personally I like the ride and handling of the set on "The Toy". Since this picture was taken I've replaced the C4 center caps with red outline bowties.

Richard, The wheels I'm want to put on is the camaro 9.5s. So 3inch is all I need then. Koolkool, I'll ring up VB&P and order me up a set. If i was worried about a Smooth & Soft ride I wouldn'y be driving a C3.

Thanks for the info on Vette Brakes and Products, Richard. I'll give them a shot too. I want new rims and tires before the next gathering, and I'm thinking with some spacers I can get away with the C5 style rims that are direct bolt-on for the C4s. (17"x8.5" front, 18"x9.5" rear)
