Anyone know how to get the pully that's below the water pump off? Do you need a pully puller?

Yup !!! The lower pulley for the belts must be removed first . Remove the three small bolts using a 9/16 socket ,,, I think they are 3/8 nf That is the easy part !
Next remove the bolt & washer in the center of the crankshaft , best done with impact wrench ! If none available use the tried and true hand wrenches !
Reinstall the crankshaft center bolt minus the washer as this will be used to protect the crank nose and provide a place for the puller to push on . Note you do NOT want to damage the crank nose .
Install the suitable 3 slot puller using the holes in the balancer to fasten it
apply elbow grease and crank away !!

PS I have all the pullers you need !!
