Just finished replacing the radiator and PS pump. Wow that was crazy fun.

The Dewitts looks very nice and fit pretty darn well. It was amazing how much needed to pull apart to get this damn thing in/out.
My best car buddy and I took two afternoons in hot summer weather - not easy but took our time.

The PS pump was done at the same time. I bought a Chinese "NEW" replacement from our vendors, the remanufactured ones are no good. This is the 3rd PS pump I've installed. The remanufactured leak, noisy, or stripped threads so went with new. Had to work on the casting housing a bit to get everything to fit, not really a drop in.

The PS hoses were done previously, supposedly "USA" parts. These still bug me. The return hose is too long (?). Getting this return hose in a position where it does not rub or kink during extending or retracting was a bitch. The metal tube seems to be too long, I don't have an original GM to compare. I think after a while this severe bend will eventually bust something.... either rip it out of the pump or kink the rubber part and blow up.
