Getting my ducks in a row for the new engine. I took off the old power steering pump. It's not original to the car (I'm guessing). It looks like this one, excpet that it's not chrome. I purchased this one to replace it. I noticed that Eckler's is showing two types of pulleys. One is for a car with ac (it looks like the one on my car) - here. My car does not have AC. They list this one for cars without AC. Can I just have AutoZone pull my old pully off and press it on the new pump or are the pulley different diameters?

It costs a bit to make pulleys, and they pass the savings on to you & me!!

Sorry, I'll clarify. The pump that was on the car has a pressed-on pulley. The new pump (which I'[ve already purchased) has a threaded shaft. I'll keep the new pump and get a pulley. It's correct for the car. Plus the lold one is pretty beat up. It was pulled from another car. It has the remnants of a bracket on the front of it (welded to the pump) and it was snapped off at the top. Bubba strikes again!
