How in the heck do you get the 4 firewall bolts out?

 I can't get a tool to 2 of them bolts....

Vette(s): 1970 T-Top350/350hp numbers matching 4 speed. It's a mess and 1970 Convertible 4 speed.
Hey I replace main last summer what a bitch. First take out the driver seat to give you room to lay on your back. Second you need a long extension with a knuckle for the socket and just have a lot of Patience. The hardest one was the upper left. I did take off my dash to help with the light. But the main thing was the long extension with the knuckle and just feel for it you will get it. Now you know why the vette mechanics get allot of money

Yup, that's how I'd recommend you do it. You need a swivel socket on a long extension. Taking the driver's seat out is a big help, but not a must.
