Glen,
Those should look real sweet in Carson City.
Can't wait to see them.
I just got a call. My Firehawk Indy 500's are ready to pick up.
I'll get them after work.

I just got an email from tirerack that they have to ship 2 of the wheels from one of their facilities in the Midwest to their Nevada facility where the tires will be mounted. So I won't see the wheels until the first week of AprilCry. That's OK, I don't have enough to do so I am replacing the rubber body mounts right now. Got all the bolts out on the right side but #4, may have to cut. Oh lets see, the weather is getting nice so I have to paint the outside of the house, rebuild 2 decks Confusedand yes drive to Carson CityBig%20smile I need a vacation just thinking about it.LOL

Vette(s): 1981 - 59 Beige over Cinnebar leather. Edlebrock top end, 2200 stall w/shift kit, 3:55s, Mufflex maniback exhaust, nice stereo, 16 in AREs w/BFGs
Heres a question...  I was also entertaining that wheel tire combo..  I have the stock factory mags(non rallys) and a stock tire height.  Are the 255/50-16s the same height?  Also, did the tire rack know the proper rim in terms of back spacing?

Hi KeBo
255/50-16's are 26" dia. not sure what your size is. If you go to http://www.tirerack.com/index.jsp you can look up tires and wheels. If you go to the tire section you can look up what the diameter is of your stock tires and then compare to different sizes. You can search for wheels based on your wheels and they should fit. Tire Rack has a good reputation from what I have heard. I did buy winter tires for the BMW last fall and had no problems with Tire RackWink
