OMG!!! SUNDAY WAS AWSOME!!
We finally finished puting the front end together.. all that we're waiting on is the steering rods because they had to get re painted. Anyways... does anyone know the torque setting for the main nut taht ataches to the spindle after you put the rotor on?
Is there even a torqage? I cna;t seem to find it in my manuals... or ont he internet, Justin at Ecklers didn;t even know waht it was...
Anyways... here are this pics!!
P.S. Does anyone know of a way (I tried a parts washer w/ a high acid base solution... and a heavy brush) to get taht rust color out of the rotor?
Thanks guys...

When you drive it, the brake pads will take care of the rusted rotors
on the brake surface if that is what you are talking about. As far as
the other areas, I used a wire brush and then painted the rotor centers
a high temp gray color just to keep them looking nice. Be sure if you
do this to make a template out of cardboard to cover the rotor surface
and only paint the center of the rotor.
