Vette(s): 1969 Corvette Stingray Convertible. Just bought it from my uncle who owned it since 1971. Fathom green, green interior. 350/300, T400.
I just got back from the shop where the 350 was rebuilt. It looks great, but there may be a problem. I noticed they forgot to install the smog bracket and the two tall brackets for the chrome box that surrounds the dist. I'm a little worried taht when the bolts are loosened/removed, that the intake will leak. Anyone done this before?
Thanks,
Matt

I may just be a freak.. but I generally break them all loose and retorque all the bolts in sequence again..

I dont think its necessary.. but I do it anyway..
