need to confirm TandT part

I am rebuilding a 69 T&T column and am not sure about a part called upper bearing seat . The blow up shows it above the upper bearing race but I don't believe it was in the column when I broke it down . I looked at my AIM and the pages listed for the optional T&T are not included so I can't get a part # . I looked at steering column service's web site and what they list is  15231641 which I had purchased from another vendor and it does not fit over the upper 1" shaft . The center opening is only .80" . Does anyone have access to the missing pages which should be between N30 & N39 . Or maybe a correct part # or even a picture . Thanks
