mystery vacuum lines

I found 2 vacuum lines that dont seem to go anywhere. Here are some pictures to show you what they are and maybe you guys know where they go.

Those are the hoses that go to the charcoal canister, under the driver side fender. I might have a diagram somewhere, if no-one else chimes in....
