Just to let everyone know, I finally got it fixed with a firm pedal.
3 calipers were leaking, one REALLY bad, but I went ahead and replaced all 4. Master cylinder must have had a leak or been worn, replaced that as well. Also replaced front 2 brake lines since 1 was damaged, then did the normal pump pump pump bleed with a friend.
She stops pretty well now. Maybe one day when I have nothing to do I'll change the booster to see if it gets even better, but I no longer feel unsafe driving.

Josh, I think this has been posted before but here are some directions on making your own pressure bleeder. I haven't made one but it looks pretty straightforward. Hope this helps.
