Modifiying my CE wheels

Vette(s): 1982CE,32,000 and counting. (fast!!) 1981 Vette, black on black. ZZ4 (quick!!)
I was thinking of maybe putting some spinner center caps on my 82 CE wheels.I don't want to do it if it's going to be something I can change back.I heard that someone on this site has done this so I'm hopeing he will see this and let me know how his went.

Vette(s): A Charcoal grey 1982 corvette with red leather inteior. crossfire FI L83,TMH 700-R4, with all the trimings

I have been thinking of the same thing., This set from ecklers seem to be removable with lots of optianal stuff for the wheel aswell

Looks like that's what I have..it's easy to install & they haven't come off at 140mph

Are those Collector Edition wheels?it's kind of hard to tell. I know you said you've had them up to 140mph but I would like at least 145 just to be sure zgator38909.6577893519

Thats what I'm talking about.There are that style and the ones that kind of sweep.I'm not sure what way I want to go.But if they fit I pretty much don't care.

They are old western wheels that I had cleaned & power coated, but the spinners & holders look just like what you're all talking about...I had to stop at 140 because the tires are not rated to go higher..figure top speed between 160-180mph.couldn't believe how great it handled at 140.
