does anyone know the main seal and is it hard to install? I am having a new clutch put in and thought I would replace the seal while it was out. Is it a one or two peice seal?

It is a two-piece seal. I would make dang sure it is the rear main leaking, and not just the pan gasket, first. The two-piece seals can be a pita to do correctly, so it doesn't leak as bad or worse after you get done.
