Any thing you put in to automatically stop a leak will need to be flushed out at a later date.  Just remember that you've put it in to stop a leak on the outside and the stuff doesn't have a brain to say "...ok, I've stopped that leak and that's all I have to do...".  The stuff will solidify in any area it wants to.  This is especially prevalent with coolant sealers. 
 
If you stick it in for an emergency fix, you'll need to have it removed and the original problem fixed.  If you don't, you'll have plenty of problems many miles down the road.

 No doubt..I'm removing it tomorrow soon as I get something to suck it out. I got a very firm "NO" from my wife on using her turkey baster. LOL

   I know the voices aren't real, but they have some pretty cool ideas...
