Ok, the aft intake manifold bolt on the drivers side is seeping oil.  When I installed the manifold, I used Permatex Aviation sealant on the threads and all was good.  Can I just reseal this bolt?  Do I have to somehow clean the oil out of the threads in the head?  Will RTV work without getting the oil out of the threads?  I feel like Rosanne Rosana Dana, it's always somethin'>

Use "Right Stuff". Comes in a "cheese wiz" type can. This stuff is awesome - much better adhesion and sealing properties than RTV. Clean the bolt up real good and coat the thread and also put a bead under the head of the intake bolt.

After replacing and torqing back to specs, let it cure for a few hours and then light her up. Leak should be gonzo!! Thumbs Up

So I FINALLY got around to trying to reseal that pesky intake bolt (lots been going on here) and guess what?  It wasn't the bolt at all.  My crappy Pertronix Flamethower coil became an Oilthrower.  So I put the old AC Delco coil back on and good to go.
