How does this distributor cover fit?

When I got my '75 coupe, the chrome cover (see images below) that prevents ignition static on the radio was not installed.  What you see is all that I got in a box of parts.  The mounting pieces are obviously missing.  Does anyone have a picture of what I need to mount this?

They bolt to the heads, not the firewall

You need to get an AIM (assembly manual).
