My 72 Tilt/tel - can some one tell me the order in which the spring, insulator and pin (with big headed end )go into the column? All new plus the contact button with the L shaped contact on the bottom. Original was missing. I know the horn and relay are working by inserting a small screwdriver into shaft hole and touch to the column - grounding the circut - the horn sounds - so I'm assuming all else is OK - but contact in wrong order

Thanks Big Al

FOUND IT   - Mid America has a very good diagram  - so tomorrow I'll try the spring the pin head down -then insulator - shaft end of pin extends up thru insulator to the upper horn ring contact ( with L shapped foot)
