The tool that I have is made by performance tool part # W80650 called Steering wheel lock Plate tool sales for 10.99 at our local part store Costlees auto parts

Yeah...that's a totally different thing than mine... Mine does not have a hole thru the center...just the solid, threaded part that threads onto the steering shaft, where the nut goes. Then there's a nut you tighten down, and it presses on the lock-plate.
